Modernization of the Skyline Plaza

Skyline Plaza in Frankfurt am Main is undergoing extensive modernization at a cost of more than 35 million euros. The aim of this refurbishment under the motto"ECHOES OF YOUR LIFE" is to align the center's offering even better and more diversely to the needs of visitors. The center is also to be adapted to the changing requirements of the retail sector.

With new tenants and concepts, a revised design and numerous additional offers and services, the urban shopping center Skyline Plaza is being prepared for the future under the motto "ECHOES OF YOUR LIFE". As part of an extensive refurbishment project, owners Pimco / Allianz and ECE are investing more than 35 million by 2027.

Padel courts are en vogue - and another milestone for us on Germany's highest roof garden in the future: "JPadel Skyline" will be completed in spring 2027 with four courts and will offer padel players a spectacular view over the city as well as direct access to the center's restaurants. This will be followed by the installation of the express elevator, which will provide direct access to the 10,000 m² roof garden from the first floor.

Leisure, enjoyment, entertainment and relaxation will play an even greater role in future, in some cases even seven days a week. Several entertainment providers will then be framed by the David Lloyd fitness and wellness concept, which already operates a premium product on an area of almost 10,000 m².
