A completely new experience at the Main-Taunus-Center

New "Food Garden" for the Main-Taunus center

An innovative food garden is being built on the site of the former Karstadt building in the Main-Taunus center in Sulzbach near Frankfurt am Main. From its opening in spring 2025, visitors can expect five free-standing restaurant buildings with both covered and open terraces, surrounded by attractively landscaped outdoor areas and modern architecture on an area of around 7,000 m².

text

ECE has developed a comprehensive sustainability concept for the Food Garden.

The aim is to ensure almost climate-neutral construction and largely CO₂-neutral operation. To achieve this, all buildings are being constructed using timber and the latest energy-saving technologies are being used.
