Together with our partners, we are developing an innovative project with 600 high-quality apartments, a student residence and the UBS Digital Art Museum in a prime HafenCity location.
Omni-channel hub for Thalia in Marl
We are developing a modern omni-channel hub for Thalia in Marl that combines sustainability and innovation. The 56,000 m² property will go into operation at the beginning of 2026, creating up to 1,000 jobs and meeting the highest sustainability standards.

At Skyline Plaza in Frankfurt, we are carrying out a comprehensive refurbishment of the center together with our partners. The aim is to align the center's offer even better and more diversely with the needs of visitors.
Food Garden in the Main-Taunus-Zentrum
An innovative food garden has been created on the site of the former Karstadt building in the Main-Taunus-Zentrum in Sulzbach near Frankfurt am Main. A total of eight food concepts await visitors on an area of around 7,000 m².
