Shopping Center Management - Our teams
Our teams of experts are responsible for the holistic management of the shopping centers we manage. In interdisciplinary cooperation, they take on the management, leasing, marketing and facility management of the respective property. The focus is always on communication and exchange with the investor as well as the further development of the center and regular reporting.
Focus on investor strategy
In regular meetings, the team of experts consults with the other ECE Sections on the optimal positioning and further development of the respective center. Under the direction of the Asset Manager, each of our experts uses their know-how to ensure the optimum performance of the property.

The Asset Manager
Secure values, increase values: With this objective, our Asset Managers manage the respective Portfolio-Team. With great commitment, our Asset Managers are responsible for the economic performance and strategic development of the properties entrusted to them. As the link between the shopping centers and investors, our Asset Managers are in regular contact with our investors and the ECE experts. In this way they find future-oriented solutions for the individual goals of their customers.
The Leasing Manager
Backed up by their comprehensive expertise, our Leasing Managers take care of the marketing of the shop space in the shopping center. Always keeping an eye on current trends, new and well-known brands and the needs of center visitors, our Leasing Managers are responsible for the optimal business sector and tenant mix that creates a successful shopping experience. With a concept tailored to the specific location, our Leasing Managers take over the acquisition and long-term support of shop tenants in the center.
The Center Manager
Position a shopping center as a shopping and experience center? Our Center Managers know exactly how this works best. In this they are helped by their grounded training in our in-house Center Manager Academy and by ECE’s many years of experience as market leader in the shopping center sector. As local managers, our Center Managers manage the shopping centers and ensure smooth operations for the center visitors and shop tenants. With an attractive branch mix and numerous offers of things to do, our Center Managers create high footfall and successfully positions the shopping center on the market.
