ECE SHOPPING CENTER

Loom Bielefeld

As part of a major refurbishment, City Passage, which opened in 1977, was converted into a modern and attractive shopping center with around 110 shops covering about 26,000 m² of retail space. With a new appearance, the center also received a new name: Loom Bielefeld. The location is perfectly integrated into Bielefeld’s city center and connects the city’s central shopping avenues. The showpiece of the 135 million euro project is an elliptical plaza, which is straddled by an impressive glass dome.

Adigeo Verona

In the Italian tourist destination of Verona, we constructed the city’s first shopping center. Adigeo offers its visitors an attractive mix of Italian retail concepts and international retailers, many of whom are new to the region. In 2019, ICSC awarded Adigeo the “European Shopping Center Award” for being best new development. It was also the first shopping center in Italy to receive platinum “LEED certification” because of its performance in regard to sustainability in various areas.

Skyline Plaza Frankfurt

Skyline Plaza, the heart of the new Europaviertel, is the urban center between Messe Frankfurt, the financial district, and the city. Integrated into its urban surroundings via its layout, Skyline Plaza gives the architectural impression of a beating heart. The slats of the outer façade change their color according to light and perspective. At night, the exterior is illuminated and pulses at constant intervals. Skyline Plaza offers a vital combination, bringing together the shopping center, gastronomy, and sports and wellness facilities.

Zielone Arkady Bydgoszcz

Zielone Arkady is our largest project in Poland and the largest shopping center in Bydgoszcz and the region. In addition to numerous internationally known shops and labels, it is also quite architecturally impressive. The most distinctive point is the west entrance: Visitors enter the building through an entrance hall that is almost 30 meters high and has the form of a crystal rising into the sky. Another architectural highlight is the atrium at the south entrance of Zielone Arkady. Its theater-like structure with boxes and grandstands on three levels creates a large space for activity on the ground floor. Clear the stage for center events and performances!

Potsdamer Platz Arkaden Berlin

Together with Brookfield Properties, we are creating Berlin's new top address for gastronomy and shopping in the heart of the capital. As part of the complete repositioning of the arcades, a shopping centre with international high street flair is to be created, which will house around 90 shops and flagship stores of well-known brands from the technology, sports & entertainment, science & beauty, mobility & leisure and gastronomy sectors.
