Our centers impress with their individual architecture and a mix of national and international as well as local and regional concepts tailored to each location. Our approximately 17,000 tenant partners benefit from stores in the best locations and sizes, which offer them numerous opportunities to optimally develop their concepts.

Highlights from the ECE centers

Center slider

Loom Bielefeld

Opened in 1977, the City-Passage was extensively modernized and transformed into the Loom Bielefeld shopping center with around 110 stores on 26,000 m² of retail space. The center is ideally integrated into Bielefeld's city center and impresses with an elliptical plaza spanned by an impressive glass dome. A retail highlight: the world's largest ONLY store opened in 2025, spanning over 2,000 m². The opening at LOOM also marks an important milestone: it is the 300th ONLY store on the German market.

Adigeo Verona

In Verona, Adigeo is the first shopping center in the city to offer an attractive mix of Italian concepts and international retailers. The layout of the center is based on the letter A (for Adiego) and provides the perfect setting for new brands and collections. It won the European Shopping Center Award in 2019 and was the first center in Italy to receive LEED Platinum certification for its outstanding sustainability performance.

Rhine-Neckar Center Viernheim

The Rhein-Neckar-Zentrum in Viernheim has been extensively modernized and its offering has been significantly expanded with tenants such as L'Osteria, B.O.C. and the 4,000 square meter JUMP House experience concept. These measures have successfully repositioned the center and made it an attractive destination for visitors from the entire economic and conurbation area of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

Rosengårdcentret Odense

The Rosengårdcentret in Denmark has developed into a modern shopping and leisure center through innovative concepts and a forward-looking orientation and was awarded "Best Commercial Space" by the NCSC 2025. With strong brands, creative concepts and a clear focus on the needs of visitors, the center sets a new standard for contemporary marketplaces.
