In a prime location, we handed over the Heilbronn Logistics Center to the long-term tenant DSV Solutions GmbH, one of Europe's leading contract logistics companies. Also celebrating its premiere is the first PV system from Sunrock in Germany on the roof of our property.
Our strategic approach of developing high-quality logistics space in good locations for flexible use even without early tenant loyalty has proven its worth. The long-term tenant of this state-of-the-art property is CEVA Logistics, a leading global logistics service provider with international operations and part of the shipping and logistics group CMA CGM.

Spanning four phases of construction, Europe’s largest and most modern goods dispatch center has been built near Magdeburg. We were responsible for the general planning and project management of the €500 million project.

In a construction period of only five months, we realized a customized logistics center for Siemens. The building complex serves as central storage facility for the adjacent Siemens main manufacturing plant and comprises two halls and an office and social building.

In Löhne (North Rhine-Westphalia), we have developed, planned, and realized a custom goods dispatch center for Hermes. The center is precisely tailored to the logistical handling and dispatch of furniture, large electrical appliances, and other bulky goods.

For STILL GmbH, we have erected a custom logistics center in the immediate vicinity of the head office of STILL in Hamburg-Billbrook. In 2017, ECE received the Logix Award for its outstanding logistics development.

For Hermes Germany, we are building nine logistics centers nationwide, including one in Bad Rappenau. In doing so, ECE is taking over all tasks from planning to the turnkey handover of the property. For this major project, ECE has developed a sophisticated prototype in two sizes.
