Logistics Center Hamburg Billbrook

Area: 24,500 m2 | Completions: 2024 | Location: Hamburg Billbrook

The state-of-the-art logistics property is the first ECE logistics project to be realized in accordance with ECE's ESG Logistics Code - a voluntary commitment by ECE to the sustainable development and realization of logistics properties.

Logistics Center Heilbronn

Area: 57,000 m2 | Completions: 2023 | Location: Mockmühl

The first logistics property developed by us according to the Efficiency House Standard 40! In a prime location, we handed over the Heilbronn Logistics Center to long-term tenant DSV Solutions GmbH, one of Europe's leading contract logistics companies. The first PV system from Sunrock in Germany is also celebrating its premiere on the roof of our property.

Logistics Center Berlin-Süd

Area: 56,000 m2 | Completions: 2020 | Location: Wusterhausen, south of Berlin

Our strategic brief of developing high-quality logistics space in good sites for flexible use, even without early tenant commitments, has proven its worth. The long-term tenant of the state-of-the-art property is CEVA Logistics, a leading international logistics service provider and part of the shipping and logistics group CMA CGM.

Haldensleben distribution center

Area: 170.000m| Completion: 2010 | Location: Haldensleben

Europe's largest and most modern goods distribution center has been built near Magdeburg in four construction phases. We were responsible for general planning and project management for the EUR 500 million project.

Logistics center Siemens Manufacturing Krefeld

Area: 32,000 m2 | Completions: 2014 | Location: Krefeld

In a construction period of just five months, we realized a tailor-made logistics center for Siemens as a tenant. The building complex serves as a central warehouse for the adjacent Siemens main plant and includes two halls as well as an office and social building.

Hermes goods distribution center Löhne

Area: 10,000 m2 | Completions: 2016 | Investment volume: € 90 million

In Löhne (North Rhine-Westphalia), we developed, planned and realized a tailor-made goods distribution center for Hermes as a tenant. The facility is precisely tailored to the logistical handling of furniture, large electrical appliances and other bulky goods.

STILL Logistics Center Hamburg

Area: 27,000m2 | Completions: 2017 | Investment volume: € 30 million

We have built a tailor-made logistics center for the tenant STILL GmbH in the immediate vicinity of the STILL headquarters in Hamburg-Billbrook. ECE received the Logix Award in 2017 for the outstanding logistics development.

Hermes logistics center Bad Rappenau near Heilbronn

Area: 13,000 m2 | Completions: 2017 | Investment volume: € 35 million

For Hermes Germany, we are realizing nine logistics centers in series throughout Germany, including in Bad Rappenau. ECE is taking on all tasks from the planning stage to the turnkey handover. ECE has developed a sophisticated prototype in two sizes especially for this major project.

Hermes logistics center Hamburg

Area: 11,500 m2 | Completions: 2019 | Investment volume: € 55 million

The state-of-the-art distribution center was developed, planned and realized by us and processes up to 100,000 shipments per day. The conveyor and sorting technology is state-of-the-art. The property achieves gold status with the German Sustainable Construction Council.
