Master plans for large properties or even entire city quarters, impressive building facades, brand buildings, state-of-the-art interior design and modular furniture concepts for shopping centers – the range of services is wide and our interdisciplinary team always finds efficient and innovative solutions for every property-related task.

Digital planning and buildingWhat kind of product is it, which target groups does it appeal to, and what is to be achieved with it? – Together with you we define the cornerstones of the product.
What competing products are there on the national and international market? Which trends can be adapted for the product? – We draw on the best developments in the respective asset class for analysis and comparison and so identify market gaps that your product can fill. In combination with the adaptation of suitable new trends in the world of real estate, your product will keep pace with the times.
How should the product look and feel? Creative excellence and a profound knowledge of materials are in our blood. With their help, we create a product with all-round world-class design, from interiors to facades to outdoor facilities.
How can the plot of land and/or the area to be built on be optimally exploited and at the same time the new product harmoniously integrated into the given environment? – Our master, concept and functional planning takes into account all these aspects as well as the financial and construction aspects.

In HafenCity, Hamburg’s largest urban development project, working together with STRABAG Real Estate we developed the three-part building ensemble "Intelligent Quarters" with 32,000 m² of gross floor area for offices and apartments. In addition to the general planning, our architecture specialists also supported the competition procedure.
In Singen’s pedestrian zone we are currently developing and realizing the Cano Shopping Center, to open in autumn 2020. Here, our creative design specialists provided the all-round package: From the functional planning and the facade competition to the interior and brand design, all concepts and designs originate from their pens.
In a prominent location on Hamburg’s Outer Alster lake, directly next to the Hotel Atlantic, we developed and realized the "Alstercampus” residential quarter, which comprises around 250 apartments. Both the general planning and the design were drawn up by our creative design specialists.
Creating innovative working environments is one of our core competencies. This can already be seen in our own company: Only recently, our Creative Design department redesigned its own work areas. It created not only new workplaces, meeting rooms and presentation possibilities – and improved the acoustics – but also a completely new and radiant world of colors and materials.
With the complete redesign of the fourth floor of MyZeil we created a new dimension for the dining, food and beverages sector – and entertainment too – in a shopping center: Our revitalization concept not only enabled us to acquire new food concepts, some of which were represented for the first time ever in Germany, and the premium cinema ASTOR Film Lounge as tenants, but also to transform the previously little-visited top floor of the center into Frankfurt's new “Place to be”.
In the new city quarter “Le Quartier Central” we developed Düsseldorf’s first 25hours hotel, which has around 200 rooms on 17 floors. The exciting contrast between the art of German engineering and French artistic flair is down to the concepts of our specialists, as is the general planning.
To locate an indoor market hall in the middle of a shopping center – this was the brief that led our Creative Design experts to give ÁRKÁD Budapest its new gastronomy area, the FoodLoft, in 2019. Arranged in a cluster on the first floor of the center, the FoodLoft with its various interior designs and an open ceiling extends over an area that was formerly partly derelict and partly populated by retailers. The highlight is the outdoor terrace, which gives the loft its name.
We gave the legendary Rothenbaum tennis stadium in Hamburg an all-round fresh cell treatment. Under the development and implementation of a new branding, which goes hand in hand with a sophisticated colour and material concept, the Rothenbaum stadium has been setting new standards in the colouring of grandstand facilities in stadiums since its reopening in summer 2020.
In Hungary’s capital, Budapest, a new mixed-use city district is to be built under our direction starting in 2023. The area is meant to be home to offices and hotels, but also to the gastronomy and retail trade. The master plan for this project, which is also characterized by its sophisticated path relationships and space design, was developed by our specialists.
The Adigeo shopping center in Verona, developed by us and opened in 2018, is a masterpiece from an architectural point of view: The A-shaped arrangement of the center that embodies the branding and center logo developed by us, coupled with the center name and the facade and interior design of the center, are unique in Italy: The two-story shop facades offer the tenants, some of whom are represented in Italy for the first time, completely new presentation options.
Another example of the stringent A-to-Z implementation of a logo and branding is the Cano shopping center in Singen, which is reflected not only in the advertising presence and in the marketing brochures that we designed but also in the interior design of the center.
How shopping center parking spaces that are no longer needed can be effectively converted is shown by the “SternVillage” at the Stern-Center in Potsdam. Together with the Stern-Center, the resulting residential units will form a new and attractive quarter, for the realization of which our creative design specialists, working together with the city of Potsdam, have organized an extensive architectural competition for the façade design of the apartment blocks.
