Shopping institution with a view of the Alster: Europa Passage Hamburg: From Pannen-Passage to Hamburg's shopping institution: By taking over the management of Europa Passage in Hamburg’s downtown, we have ensured that the large-scale retail space originally hidden behind the escalator in the center basement is now heavily frequented and that the center has also been Hamburg’s new culinary destination since 2017 with the opening of “FoodSky”. It includes a food court with 15 gastronomy services and almost 400 shared seats as well as five other restaurants. “FoodSky” is also open on Sundays.

Rejuvenation for pep Einkaufscenter Neuperlach

The repositioning of pep Einkaufscenter, which was completed at a cost EUR 85 million in May 2018, included a comprehensive modernization of the existing mall, an expansion of around 8,000 square meters of retail space, and a revised marketing and service concept with a contemporary atmosphere, modern customer services, and improved quality of stay. A completely new ceiling design, an attractive lighting concept as well as new, high-quality seating, comfortable and clean sanitary facilities, and a children’s play area were all realized. Today, pep comprises around 135 specialist shops on three levels and is the largest shopping center in the whole of Bavaria, covering a space of around 60,000 square meters. The center’s catchment area now comprises one million more inhabitants than before.

Shoptainment at MyZeil Frankfurt

A spectacular new gastronomy area with an international flair was realized at Frankfurt MyZeil in 2019. Under the name “Foodtopia”, the new gastronomy and entertainment destination on the fourth floor goes beyond the normal opening hours of the center, from morning till night: from cafés and high-quality lunch concepts to casual dining providers and cool bars, there is something for everyone. ASTOR Film Lounge provides entertainment and additional enjoyment. The other shopping levels were also made more comfortable and inviting, and the tenant mix was also further enhanced. In total, a high double-digit million amount flowed into MyZeil.
