The GreenWorkPark Grünheide is more than just a traditional business park: a pioneering site is being created on around 40 hectares that intelligently combines logistics, production, education, neighborhood grocery stores and sustainable infrastructure. Developed on a former military site, this brownfield project stands for transformation, ecological responsibility and economic diversity.

The GreenWorkPark is strategically located in the south-east of Berlin - just 30 minutes from Alexanderplatz. The direct connection to the A10, the proximity to the TESLA Gigafactory and the Hangelsberg train station within walking distance make the site a logistics hub with international perspectives.

The location opens up access to the strategically important trans-European transport network "Nord-Ostsee" from Rotterdam via Berlin to Poland and the Baltic states and thus the development of the Central European market.

The area impresses with its quick connection to Berlin's city center in 30 minutes by regional train. At the same time, BER airport can be reached via the freeway in just 30 minutes.
