This is possible in modern build-to-rent apartments such as those that we operate in Birmingham, Leeds, and Manchester in the UK. The buildings, which include 2,100 modernly furnished apartments, offer residents the comfort and flexibility of a hotel combined with the feel-good character of their own home in a precisely customized all-round carefree package.
