In a renowned neighborhood

MesseCity is already 80% leased: In the western part, the main tenant is Zurich Group Germany, which has already moved into its new headquarters on around 60,000 square meters in fall 2019 with 2,800 employees. Other tenants include rubber manufacturer Arlanxeo and restaurateurs such as the L'Osteria restaurant chain.

Double Hotel Power 

A Motel One with more than 300 rooms and an Adina Apartment Hotel with around 170 studios and apartments opened in spring 2021 in the seven-story "Southern Cross" building, which is located directly next to the so-called trade fair balcony leading to the entrance to Koelnmesse. The building was acquired by the DWS fund in early 2022 as part of an asset deal for €111 million.

Messecity continues to grow 

The "Centraal" and "Rossio" office complexes will now be built in the second construction phase by 2025. For "Centraal", KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is leaving Cologne's Barbarossaplatz after more than thirty years and relocating its local branch to 19,700 m² of rental space in Cologne-Deutz.

Available space

The 30,000 m² Rossio office building will be built from 2022. The rental space for the five- to ten-story property can be combined according to demand from sizes ranging from 800 to 3,400 m² of total space per floor. In addition, an underground parking garage and attractive roof terraces are available.
