Next successful transaction: ECE sells new logistics center near Heilbronn to a fund managed by AXA IM Alts

ECE Work & Live has sold the logistics center near Heilbronn, Germany, which it developed and realized, successfully placing another of its logistics properties on the market in quick succession. The state-of-the-art logistics center, which is spread across two buildings and fully let, was bought by a logistics fund of AXA IM Alts. The transaction was signed shortly before the turn of the year and is to be closed shortly.

The logistics center is conveniently located in Möckmühl, Baden-Württemberg, directly on the A81 freeway, has a total rental area of around 63,000 m² and allows unrestricted 24/7 use. Long-term tenant of the entire property is a transport and logistics services company.

The logistics center is particularly energy-efficient and has been realized in accordance with current sustainability standards: It meets the “Efficiency House 40” standard, has a large photovoltaic system on the roof, energy-saving LED lighting and efficient heat pumps. The property is DGNB Gold certified.

ECE Work & Live recently sold another logistics property it developed, the logistics center in Hamburg-Billbrook, which is also leased on a long-term basis, is sustainable and energy-efficient, has excellent infrastructure connections and can be used flexibly.
